Albis Optoelectronics presents an extended photodiode portfolio targeting PAM-4 applications. This extended PAM-4 offering consists of 10 different designs including single channel and array photodiodes, available as bare die chip or mounted on a ceramic carrier. The bandwidth of these high speed components ranges rom 20 to 40 GHz. The high performance devices act as key building blocks inside 100G, 200G and 400G ROSA modules.
