12 x 28 Gb/s Photodiode Array
12 channel 28 Gb/s photodiode array with tapered coplanar transmission lines and large optical apertures enabling easy coupling to single-mode fibers. The photodiode pitch of 250 μm is suitable for coupling to standard fiber ribbon cables.
The top illuminated p-i-n photodiode structures are optimized for long-wavelength, high-throughput parallel optical interconnects, microwave photonic and RF over fiber links as well as test and measurement applications. The photodiode array offers an excellent responsivity and high speed of response in the wavelength region from 1260 to 1620 nm.
